We make sure we're making progress toward this vision by setting impact goals, obtaining annual B Corp certification and collaborating on community initiatives through our non-profit Familia.

Credo was launched to help people and organizations with audacious visions of the future bring their projects to life. Our founders came equipped with proven track-records of success in the business, technology, non-profit, entertainment and communication industries. They dreamt of applying those skills to launch and propel projects that made a measurable difference in people’s lives.
We did not set out to be consultants, but the common denominator in our work has stayed the same - accelerate progress that puts people and planet first.
The company’s first year was spent launching and growing projects, mostly grounded in technology and innovation. And, as a growing number of clients reached out to Credo for support, we recruited a team of strategic advisors who are passionate about working at the intersection of business and social impact methodologies.

We are a small team surrounded by experts committed to questioning the status quo, and striving to find the balance between running a sustainable business and making a difference in society. It takes a lot of questioning, humility, ambition, audacity, and a sense of humor. We’ve got some of that covered but we’re always eager to meet people who want to join the journey so, reach out!

One part passion, one part determination and a hint of grit
Our guiding principles:
Diversity: Homogeneity doesn’t deliver good ideas. The best work comes from a diversity of professional backgrounds, thought processes, and personal experiences.
Quality: Delivering a project is one thing; delivering it right is another. The steps we take in arriving at a deliverable are just as important as the product itself. The devil is in the details. Our mandates are not delivered until they’ve been shaken up, turned inside out, then spun around one more time, just to be sure. Needless to say, we pride ourselves in the quality of our work.
Communication: It’s is best served straight up. Honest and clear communication is not only priceless, it is instrumental in building connections and sparking collaboration where others build silos.
Teamwork: We spend a lot of time together, and we are more than just colleagues. Apart from being on the same team, our shared appetite for constant learning connects us. Tableside debates at the office are not uncommon, and we are always curious to learn new viewpoints on a topic.
Balance: Work is important, but so is life. Although we put in more hours than some, we also know when it’s time to kick back and breathe.
Agility: Startup culture is ingrained in the way we work. We vow to stay agile and innovative, even as we grow.
